New Earth Festivals Center (NEFC) will offer employees a 7-year agreement for a 4-day working week with 4 hours of work and 4 hours dedicated to activities they love, per day.

Employees may work more than four days per week if they wish to. Benefits will include high salaries, health coverage, dental and vision coverage, and daycare services, and maybe more.

The ESS program under Love Won Industries, which stands for Economic Stabilization System, is essentially shaping a new economic paradigm.
